Isaac Dwimoh Opoku – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

isaccIsaac is a passionate and energetic entrepreneur and investor. He possesses substantial knowledge and experience in corporate governance, corporate finance, real estate, project management, banking and financial markets.

He holds a degree in BSc. Land Economy from KNUST, Kumasi, an Advance Diploma in Project Management from Institute of Commercial Management, (ICM-UK) and a Certificate in Securities Industry Course from the Ghana Stock Exchange. He is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers-Ghana and professional trainee member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

Isaac served as an assistant valuer at Ben Dwimoh and Co., a firm of chartered surveyors valuers and international property consultants. His duties included real estate investment appraisal and advisory service as well as undertaking valuation of properties for the assessment of loan facilities for customers of the various financial institutions in Ghana.

He is also the founder and presently the portfolio manager of Cedi Sika Investment Club, an association of young entrepreneurs which is into the education of its members on finance, entrepreneurship and investment

Eli Kittoe – Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

ellyEli is a goal-oriented and self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial attitude combined with sound knowledge of the Financial Services Industry. Eli is a graduate with a degree in BSc. Business Administration with an Accounting Option from Central University College, Ghana. He is currently taking the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Industry Course. In addition, he has obtained a lot of knowledge through training programmes on microfinance accounting and reporting he has attended.

Over the past few years he has worked with a couple of banks and financial institutions that has grounded his experience in the business of financial intermediation. These institutions include GT Bank, Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC) and National Investment Bank.

He also served as a sales representative at Unic Jewelery where he has developed a strong attitude of focusing on customer satisfaction as well as seeing the customer as a core aspect of any business. Eli is a co-founder of SIDE CAPITAL.

Daniel Ofori-Anom – Chief Operations Officer (COO)

A conscious, reliable and hardworking entrepreneur; pays attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and management skills.


Through a series of Human Resource related positions held over time in different organizations, he has learnt to hone his craft diligently and effectively. Among these companies where he worked include Merton International School, Accra, 37 Military Hospital and Electricity Company of Ghana

Daniel holds a degree in BSc. Human Resource Management from Central University College, Ghana, an advanced certificates in General Management and Project Management from the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership. He is currently taking the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Industry Course.

Daniel is a co-founder of Side Capital. As the Chief Operations Officer, he brings on board a lot of knowledge and experience to head the core operation functions of the firm as well as helping build a strong customer base for business success.

Abdul Nazer Palma Daawin – Head, Internal Control and Audit

palmaPalma having worked for international business advisory and auditing firms like UHY Voscon Chartered Accountants has a lot of exposure and experience in the preparation of financial statements and auditing of banks and other nonbank financial institutions.

He is the Assistant Treasurer/Financial Controller of Cedi Sika Investment Club. In addition, Palma has a lot of exposure and experience in entrepreneurship and venture capital projects, having started and managed some business interests successfully while in school.

Palma holds a degree in BSc. Actuarial Science (First Class Honours Division) from KNUST, Kumasi. He is a chartered Accountant and an Affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA -UK) haven completed all levels of the Professional Accountancy Course as well as a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. He is also a candidate in the Society of Acturies – USA professional examination.

Lawrence Nii Teiko Tagoe - SME Financing and Enterprise Development Service Consultant

LAWRENCE copyLawrence is an astute banking and investment professional with nearly a decade worth of experience. His areas of expertise include Credit appraisal, credit portfolio management, financial statement analysis, property valuation and real estate investment appraisal.

His banking and finance work experience include Credit and Projects Officer at Export Development, Agriculture and Investment Fund (EDAIF), Credit Manager at Legacy Capital Microfinance Company Limited, Credit Risk Officer at First National Savings and Loans (now GN bank) where has offered immense contribution towards the growth of the business of his employers.

Lawrence is a chartered banker, a chartered valuation and estates surveyor, a project management professional and licensed by the Security and Exchange Commission, Ghana as a licensed investment advisor representative.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and also a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. He holds a BSc. degree in Land Economy from KNUST –Kumasi, a Certificate of Associateship from the Chartered Institute of bankers, Ghana, a Certificate in Securities Industry Course from the Ghana Stock Exchange and a Prince 2 Certification in project management. He is currently a Master of Business Administration candidate an Edinburg Business School (Scotland, UK).

Stephen Kofi Sekyere – Co Founder and Partner

new stephenStephen is a Ghanaian citizen residing in London – UK. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Municipal University of Health, Technology and Medical Science-India (Ghana Campus).

He is an enthusiastic entrepreneur and for many years have demonstrated this through the menial jobs which he created from his teenage years to provide employment and source of income to his family and youth in his neighbourhood.

As a partner, he does not only contribution to the financial wellbeing of the firm. But in addition, through his international exposure and many years of entrepreneurship activities in different ventures he contribute immensely toward the growth and long term visions of the firm. He brings his knowledge and experience obtained from his international exposures on board for the making and implementation of strategic policies of the firm.
